Most products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Annual memberships for deals or events, as well as individual event tickets are 100% non-refundable.
Customized products and nutrition are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. GC may provide a shipping label for returns if requested, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
